Welcome to the Community Mental Health Program (CMHP) Quality Improvement Suggestion Box. Quality improvement refers to making changes or taking different approaches that lead to improved client outcomes (health), better services (care) and enhanced professional development. We welcome your suggestions, comments and feedback as to how we can improve client-centred care, safety, timeliness, efficiency, effectiveness, and/or equity of the programs provided through CMHP.
This suggestion box is open to CMHP clients, clients’ family members, and staff. Anything you share is anonymous unless you choose to identify yourself.
Please note this suggestion box is not a replacement for our established formal complaint process or safety concerns reporting process. Urgent or life-threatening concerns should be brought to the attention of a staff member directly and/or emergency services (911).
