Numerous studies have demonstrated the health benefits of nature connection time, including lowered levels of stress hormones, improved blood pressure and reduced rumination and greater concentration. In this session, experience a bit of this practice (yes, even indoors!), learn more about the wide range of benefits and share tips for weaving "nature therapy" into your life.
