Addiction can also affect the family, friends, colleagues and partners of the person who is struggling. While we may not be able to convince our loved ones to change, there are steps we can take to improve our own emotional well-being. Please join Chris for a discussion on the many ways addiction affects the family unit as well as helpful tips to encourage healthy conversations among family members.
