As we hit the one-year mark of the launch of The Royal's new strategic plan, we are proud to showcase the progress we have made. Clients and families are playing an integral part in shaping our new strategic plan, which is entitled Co-creating Access, Hope and New Possibilities.
We know that when clients and families are meaningfully engaged in the provision of care, we see higher engagement, better outcomes and high-quality care experiences.
Guided by our vision for a new client and family centered care model, we want to hear from you to help us shape future client and family care experiences.
