Stefanie Lomatski is clinical social worker who specializes in grief. She will lead the group through a discussion, focusing on transitional grief. The goal will be to unweave grief as being something that occurs not only after the death of a person, but also when life shifts happen. She will discuss how these leave us feeling loss, guilt, anger loneliness, and an overall sense of imbalance. Further, the session will include: defining transitional grief, exploring how loss and grief present in your life, and ways in which to move towards identifying unmet needs to foster balance and healing.
