Women in Mind 2021 will focus on maternal/women mental health. We will bring together a range of scholars, and practitioners in the area of perinatal mental health. Attendees will gain knowledge on the diverse mental health concerns that often emerge during this time. Best practices to address birthing people’s mental health will be presented by leading practitioners including psychiatrists, midwives, nurses, social workers and peer support workers. Information will also be shared on building practice-based networks to address the diverse mental health needs of women/mothers/birthing people.
