Would you like to remember where you left your car in the parking lot at the mall? Would you like to be able to go to sleep at night without your thoughts taking over and keeping you up? Would you like to feel less stressed and anxious?

In this workshop, Andra will discuss how and why mindfulness can help with all of this, and more. Mindfulness is a buzzword these days but Andra will debunk some of the myths about it and introduce you to some ways to implement it into your busy day-to-day lives. We all have stress and that isn’t going to change. How we manage that stress is under our control. Mindfulness can help.
