The Royal Ottawa Foundation Board of Directors is pleased to announce that at the annual general meeting (AGM) on June 18, the members approved the Slate of Directors for 2020-2021. As part of the proceeding of the AGM, Gord Cudney concluded his two-year term as Chair and will assume the role of Past Chair.
"Over the last 10 years, Gord has accomplished so many extraordinary things for the Foundation, both as a board member and as our chair. He helped us grow our signature events to new record-breaking levels, he has opened up his network so we may engage new supporters, and just recently, Gord helped us raise over $200,000 for the new C-PROMPT Clinic," says Mitchell Bellman, President & CEO of the Royal Ottawa Foundation. "Personally, he has shared his story to help reduce stigma and raise awareness about the importance of asking for help. We are so grateful for his leadership and commitment to our cause."
Assuming the role of Chair is Andrew Milne. The board also appointed Colleen O’Connell-Campbell as Vice-Chair, Jennifer Mondoux as Treasurer, and David Prime as Secretary, for the upcoming year.
Joining the Royal Ottawa Foundation Board of Directors to help advance the philanthropic mission of mental health care and research are Inderpal Bal and Katherine Cooligan.
