Answer:
Given the COVID-19 pandemic, we had to change our RAAM clinic processes. We continue to provide care through The Royal’s Rapid Access Addiction Medicine Clinic (RAAM), mostly via telephone and telemedicine contact with patients (rather than in-person). As such, we will no longer accept walk-ins. We require patients to call RAAM if they are seeking services or prior to returning for follow-up. Patients should call +1 (613) 722-6521, ext. 6508.
