The Royal named among the National Capital Region's top employers for 2025

The Royal is pleased to be named one of the National Capital Region's Top Employers once again for 2025.

This special designation celebrates employers in Ottawa-Gatineau that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work.

“We are proud to be part of the National Capital Region's top employers,” says Laura MacDonald, VP of People and Culture at The Royal. “This recognition is a reflection of the dedication and expertise of everyone at The Royal, dedicated to furthering our growth as a leader in care and research for mental health and addictions care.”

“While we are proud of this achievement, we know we can always do more to support our people, strengthen our workplace, and expand access to care. We remain committed to improving, listening, and evolving to ensure that The Royal is not just a great place to work, but a place where everyone feels supported and empowered to deliver the best care possible.”

National Capital Region’s Top Employers is an annual initiative hosted by Mediacorp Canada Inc., organizers of the annual Canada’s Top 100 Employers project.

Evaluation of The National Capital Region’s Top Employers is based on various criteria: including physical workplace; health, financial and family benefits; training and skills development; and community involvement.
