“We are thrilled to once again be named as one of the National Capital Region’s Top Employers,” Joanne Bezzubetz, president and chief executive officer of The Royal, said. “Working in mental health is a noble calling. Over the past year, we have seen our colleagues rise beyond the occasion to provide exceptional care and conduct transformative research during the most challenging of times. That commitment to caring and improving is what sets us apart and keeps our colleagues coming back day after day. We are always recruiting new individuals to our community of mental health professionals and invite interested individuals to review current openings at TheRoyal.ca.”

This special designation recognizes employers in Ottawa-Gatineau that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work. Evaluation is based on various criteria including physical workplace; health, financial and family benefits; work atmosphere; training and skills development; and community involvement. National Capital Region’s Top Employers is an annual competition hosted by Mediacorp Canada Inc., organizers of the annual Canada’s Top 100 Employers project.
