Do you have feedback about your care?

The Royal’s client and family relations team is here for you.

The client and family relations team is responsible for ensuring clients and their families receive high-quality care and support. The team takes care of complaints, compliments, suggestions, and inquiries, and works with staff across the organization to improve client experience and satisfaction.

There are different ways to submit your feedback.

  1. Discuss your feedback with your care team.
     
  2. Contact Jonathan Vant, the manager of client and family relations, at 613-722-6521 x 6710 or Jonathan.Vant@theroyal.ca. During business hours, you can also stop by his office at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre at 1145 Carling Ave., Ottawa, Room 1207.
     
  3. Complete our client and family feedback form. This online form can be filled out anonymously but there’s also an option to leave your contact information if you’d like someone to follow up. Click here to fill out the form

What happens after you submit feedback?

Your feedback is important to us. All feedback is shared with the client and family relations team for review and follow-up. Please be sure to include your contact information if you would like someone to reach out to you.
