The Royal’s Institute of Mental Health Research (IMHR), affiliated with the University of Ottawa is an independent, not-for-profit corporation governed by a voluntary Board of Directors, and guided by an expert Scientific Advisory Board.
The IMHR’s senior management team contributes scientific and administrative leadership.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors oversees the activities of the IMHR and consults on its strategic direction. The Board has the authority to appoint sub-committees to deal with IMHR matters such as finance, staffing, fundraising, communications and appointments to the Board.
