Donna Wong

Donna is a financial growth expert skilled in risk management, corporate governance, managing cultural change and establishing the necessary infrastructure to scale.  She is a public and private company CFO, with over 20 years of experience working in close collaboration with boards in the health care and technology sectors, and as an Independent Board Director serving not-for-profit organizations.  

Donna is currently CFO of Novari Health Inc., a private software company focused on providing digital access to care solutions to hospitals and health networks.  Prior to Novari, she was the CFO of Reunion Neuroscience Inc., a psychedelic drug development and therapy company dual listed on the TSX and Nasdaq, and Vice-President, Finance of ViXS Systems Inc., a fabless semiconductor company focussed on video networking solutions listed on the TSX.  Prior to taking both companies public, Donna raised $315 million in capital, secured $75 million in government funding to fund innovation, and implemented corporate governance policies, a quarterly risk management assessment process and internal controls framework.

Donna is a CPA, CA, CMA and holds a Master of Accounting and Honours Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Waterloo.
