How to do it:
Sit up straight.
• Stretch your arms out straight in front of you, parallel to the ground, elbows straight. Cup your hands together, as if water was being poured into them.
• Your eyes are almost closed all the way, just leaving a little tiny bit of light coming in. Breathe slowly through your nose.
• Hold this posture for 1-3 minutes (maximum 11 minutes).
