This meditation puts you in the ‘neutral zone’ and gives you a sharp mind.
How to do it:
• Hold up your left hand as though to clap.
• With your index and middle fingers of your right hand, slowly and with strong pressure, walk up the centre of your left palm all the way up to the very tips of your middle and ring fingers.
• The left fingers should give in a bit and bend a little under the pressure, and it should be a little uncomfortable.
• Walk up and down.
• Do this for 3-5 minutes.
